Why New England in the winter?
Winter in New England is dormant. Everything that bloomed, lush and wild and green is gone. It’s barren and cold.
But there’s beauty in the bare branches, in the quiet, and in the dark. There are lessons in the rest and peace that winter provides. It’s exactly the time of year when you should be turning inward taking time to reset and reconnect with your why.
Which is why we’re inviting you to this cozy getaway to refresh and renew yourself for the year ahead.
Designed for anyone with wellness or run-related business, we’re inviting you to join us for a weekend getaway that will allow you to unplug, relax, and be inspired by our guest speaker and round table discussions with fellow entrepreneurs who understand what it’s like to be the engine behind it all.

Jami Crist considers herself a positive disruptor with reckless optimism. Prior to joining Renegade, she spent over a decade in marketing at brands such as Under Armour and Super Coffee She carved her own path in the growing brand of Under Armour in several roles including event management, social media strategy, brand, and sports marketing. In her role as the Sports Marketing Director for the run category at UA, she led the global strategy for all things running. She played a pivotal role in transforming awareness for the brand, turning Under Armour Run into one of the top-running brands in the industry.
As one of the only few female sports marketing reps within the run industry, she strived to knock down barriers by helping other females in their careers, professional development, and life. During my time at UA, she joined the Renegade Collective in 2019 which helped me to create my own brand and story. After Under Armour, she joined the growing brand Super Coffee as the Senior Director of Partnerships + Investor Relations, earning “Best Brand of the Year” in 2021 by BEVNet.
Looking back on her career as a young woman in a male-dominated industry, Jami has found herself asking if there is a better way, which is where she finds herself today: in pursuit of a holistic and more intuitive path toward success. Jami’s superpower is to build a thoughtful understanding of how to connect with people in an authentic and meaningful way.
