Emily Saul is a Sport Psychology Coach and founder of E Saul Movement, holds a Master’s degree in Sport Psychology, and is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. She has a deep desire to help people integrate their athlete-selves and human-selves, to find and unleash the potential inside of them. She deeply enjoys her private practice working with athletes from a wide variety of sports, including a strong breadth of runners. She led the November Project in Boston for eight years, a free fitness movement, where she motivated and challenged athletes of all ability levels and walks of life to engage in and get the most out of fitness while harnessing the power of community. A competitive collegiate runner at Brown University, Kim returned to running not to long ago and found a passion for the mountains.

Borrowing from her own experience being sidelined by injury, Kim has devoted herself to helping injured and injury prone runners return to running. She helps her athletes build resilient bodies that can withstand the rigors of training. You can find more from Kim at kimnedeau.com.

Kristen’s love for cooking started in the kitchen with her grandmother on a step stool. Growing up as a dancer, teacher, yogi, and nutrition junkie, she started to merge it all together in her late 20’s after leaving the coportate world to pursue a career as a wellness professional. After completing certifications in living nutrition, holistic nutrition, plant based cooking, and a 200hr yoga teacher training, she is now running her own business, Kristen Carlson Wellness. Kristen offers private nutritional chef services that include: nutritional meal prep, retreat chef services, cooking classes, private dinners and more. Kristen is also Certified Nutritionist, working on a masters in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine with the University of Western States; this truly sets the platform for the dishes and menus she creates. She is inspired by season, locality, color, nutrient profiles, and energetic qualities and creates vibrant, satisfying, comforting, and creative dishes that taste as amazing as they make you feel. When enjoying Kristen’s food you leave feeling nourished and can taste the love she infuses into her dishes. She has cooked for dozens of clients in New England and loves to work in the retreat setting. When Kristen is not putting together tantalizing dishes, you can find her on a trail or on some sort of outdoor adventure, in a yoga class, or out with her friends exploring new places. The cancelation deadline for each retreat is 90-days before the retreat start date. Prior to the cancelation deadline, registered participants can receive a refund less a $500 non-refundable deposit. Because of the investment of time and money into planning the retreat and securing lodging, guest speakers etc., we are unable to issue any refunds after the cancelation deadline of 90-days prior to the retreat start date.
-
We require a negative COVID test within 72 hours arrival to participate in our retreats.

We believe that running is a transformative act for everyone who chooses to participate. We welcome runners of all ages and abilities. For group runs we divide into pace groups and make sure that no one runs alone. We believe that everyone belongs at Rise.Run.Retreat.
-
Group runs are anywhere from 3-6 miles on varied terrain. At each of our retreats, we plan for a combination of road, trail and rural dirt road runs. For those following a training plan, there are options to run longer when needed.
-
The biggest difference is the length of the retreat and the fact that our 3-day retreat does not feature outside guest speakers and is facilitated by Rise Run Retreat founder and host, Sarah Canney and Rise Run Retreat staff.
-
This varies based on our location, but typically the closest airports are
Manchester-Boston Regional Airport (MHT) Manchester, NH
